The lady at check-in made us feel very welcomed with her friendly demeanor. The warm pool was perfect for our kids, allowing them to enjoy swimming without getting chilly.

The breakfast options could be more varied.

During our family trip for back to school shopping, we had a mixed experience. While the room was clean and comfortable, we faced some issues with noise from the neighboring unit and unclean bathroom facilities. The breakfast was satisfying. however, the lack of timely housekeeping affected our stay. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs, yet the main attractions were conveniently located nearby.

I recently stayed in a King Suite Sofa Bed for two nights and had a decent experience. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, neat, and had comfortable bedding, which made for a good night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the location. it was close to many restaurants and shops, making dining options convenient. The breakfast offered a good variety, although it could use more hot options on weekends. On the downside, the shower temperature issues were frustrating. It felt cold during my stay, and the staff mentioned they were having ongoing repairs. I wish they had resolved this sooner. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was a bit noisy. Just small things that could have made the stay even better. I enjoyed my time and would come back, especially if the temperature issues get fixed.

My family and i enjoyed our stay with modern, clean rooms and the convenience of being just a short walk from great shopping at the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets and fun at LEGOLAND Discovery Center, which made our city strolls exciting and memorable. the friendly staff made check-in a breeze.

The Holiday Inn Express is conveniently located near the Great Lakes Outlet Mall, making it easy to explore shops and dining options. My room was modern, clean, and equipped with a coffee maker and refrigerator, which were very useful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist, including having cookies available at check-in. The breakfast had a good variety, including the tasty cinnamon roll muffin. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, even with a hotel full of guests.

Parking was limited during my stay.

my family had a great stay at holiday inn express! the rooms were clean, and our queen room with two queen beds was super comfortable. we really appreciated the warm pool, which was perfect for my little kids to swim. the breakfast was tasty and hearty, and the friendly check-in lady made us feel welcome right away. plus, it's close to the mall and restaurants!

elevator was out of service

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was clean and spacious. Beds were super comfy, and I liked the option for the heating unit to run the fan all night for noise. The bathroom was nice too, especially with the bidet feature, something you don’t see often in U.S. hotels. Just a heads up, though — the shower setup could use some work. it leaked a bit onto the bathroom floor. Overall, a solid stay!
